Since 2006 Michael Harken­reader has been Chef de Cuisine for Undercurrent Restaurant. Over the years he has continued to share a passion for seasonal menus that feature locally and regionally sourced ingredients.  
Working with farmers like Harmony Ridge Farm, Sweet Grass Dairy, and Prodigal Farm, Chef Michael has brought together the freshest ingredients for this select tasting menu. Each of the five courses will be paired with wines from Rickety Bridge Winery.
