Since 1998, Undercurrent Restaurant has sought out and supported local farmers and purveyors. We continue that honorable tradition today and it's our privilege to share all of the amazing people that work hard to bring us the best North Carolina has to offer. Our culinary team, led by Chef de Cuisine Michael Harkenreader, is inspired by the seasonal and small harvest selections of our farmers and our menus reflect the farm to table tradition.
