Bouchaine Pinot Noir, Carneros 2007 9.25/glass 37/btl
Bouchaine Carneros Pinot Noir is a blend of Dijon, Pommard, and Swan Pinot clones from our own vineyards and very select lots from neighboring Carneros vineyards. The wine highlights classic Carneros fruit: pomegranate, plum, and cherry fruit flavors, balanced by nuances of coffee and toffee. The multiple layers of flavors lead to a silky finish that lingers on the palate. Brightness of flavor from the acidity makes this a choice wine to pair with a variety of dishes.
