WHAT ARE YOUR RENTAL RATES?

  • Our Wagner Room rental rates are based on the time and duration of your event.

    • Lunch: 150.00 deposit | 100.00 room rental fee

    • Sunday Brunch: 150.00 deposit | 100.00 room rental fee

    • Dinner: 250.00 deposit | 200.00 room rental fee

  • For parties requiring the Wagner Room, a non-refundable deposit of $150.00 for lunch/Sunday brunch or $250.00 for dinner is required. This deposit is applied to the final bill.

  • Our full restaurant rental rates are based on the time and duration of your event.

  • Yes, you can rent our entire facility's main dining room, bar, and Wagner Room. Contact us today to share more details about your event.

  • If your function is held during a time when Undercurrent is normally open and Undercurrent has to close to the public, then there will be a closing fee set by management or a minimum spending fee for food and beverage based on historical financial reasons.

 

IS THERE A CANCELLATION POLICY?

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

IS THERE A FOOD AND BEVERAGE MINIMUM FOR THE WAGNER ROOM?

  • There is no food and beverage minimum.*

  • We offer limited seasonal menus and charge per menu/beverage item.

  • All food and beverage sales are subject to a 20% service charge. All food, beverage, and miscellaneous charges are subject to a 6.75% sales tax.

  • *We do have minimums for food and beverage in place for events that are full restaurant or bar buyouts.

 
IS FOOD COST INCLUSIVE OR NOT INCLUSIVE?

  • In addition to the Patio/Wagner Room fees, pricing is based on what is consumed by each guest.

  • All food and beverage sales are subject to a 20% service charge. All food, beverage, and miscellaneous charges are subject to a 6.75% sales tax.

 

CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN CAKE?

  • Yes!  You are welcome to bring in your own cake for your event!  We will be happy to cut and serve the cake for you and your guest for a $3/slice cake-cutting fee.  

CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN WINE?

  • Yes!  You are welcome to bring in your favorite bottle.  We charge a $25 corkage fee for any bottle brought in from outside of the Undercurrent.

 

WHAT IF WE HAVE A FAMILY MEMBER THAT HAS A FOOD ALLERGY/DIETARY RESTRICTION?

  • Communication is highly crucial in this situation!  We can accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions.  We will be able to make some changes that are necessary to accommodate the allergy/restriction.

  • Everything we serve is made 100% in-house so we know exactly what is in every sauce, dressing, and item on our menu.

  • We need to know ahead of time and in writing so that we can make sure the kitchen is appropriately informed and correctly preparing the menu items.  

  • We also encourage our guests who suffer from severe food allergies to be prepared to responsibly handle their health. We can only ensure that the plate prepared for you is without possible allergens.  Do not eat off other guests’ plates or share utensils, glasses, or napkins if you know that you are subject to a dangerous reaction from certain exposures.  

 
ARE THERE ANY OTHER FOOD EXPENDITURES WE SHOULD BE AWARE OF?

  • All food and beverage sales are subject to a 20% service charge. All food, beverage, and miscellaneous charges are subject to a 6.75% sales tax.

 
CAN WE DECORATE THE WAGNER ROOM/BAR/PATIO FOR OUR EVENT?

  • Yes, you are welcome to decorate the space for your event!  The staff at Undercurrent is not responsible for the set up or take down of any décor.

  •  You can arrange to have early access to the space so you can decorate.  Please confirm with us that the space is available for early entry.  

  • We do not provide décor.  We offer white table linens and black linen napkins included in the rental of the space.

IS THERE INTERNET ACCESS IN EACH ROOM?

  • Yes, we offer WIFI access. The cost is included in the rental fees.

 
WHAT ROOM HAS A/V INCLUDED?

  • Our Wagner Room can comfortably hold 20 seated guests (no backs to screen) with A/V usage.

Wagner Room Capabilities

  • 60” monitor located on the north wall of the Wagner Room with wireless hook up for your PC. $150 rental fee

  • 2 wireless Microphones and 40 watt PA system ($75)

  • Blue Ray Player with surround sound that can be used with your DVD to show movies or slide shows ($30).

  • A jack is located on our Blue Ray player for your MP3 player to project your music over the surround sound system ($30).

Main Dining Room Capabilities

  • 2 wireless Microphones and 40 watt PA system
